Banana Smoothie

This smoothie has healthy ingredients and is fast & easy to make in the mornings or anytime of the day you want a quick snack or meal replacement. Note: Remember to put the lid on the blender before mixing!


1 frozen banana

1/2 cup of coconut milk

1 oz of pineapple juice

1 scoop of Natures Sunshine collagen

1/2 scoop of Natures Sunshine pea protein

1-2 Tsp of Chia seeds

As much as you like Cacao nibs
