Access Holistic Healing LLC (“we,” “us”) operates www.accessholistichealing.com (“the website”). 1. Information Needed to Execute the Transaction You Request

We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it, such as when you send a message through our website chat or contact forms (name, email, phone number, and message), book a session (handled by our scheduling provider, Mindbody), make a purchase, or join our email list. We may use your e-mail address to send a confirmation and, if necessary, might use the other information to contact you for help to  process your request. Providing this information is voluntary and it is used only for the purpose for which the information was collected. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
 

2. SMS / Text Messaging

If you check an SMS consent box on our website, we will use your phone number to send the text messages you agreed to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you elect, we will occasionally contact you via e-mail and provide information about  products and offerings that may be of interest to you. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We treat the information you provide to us as confidential information; it is, accordingly, subject to our company’s security procedures and strict corporate policies regarding protection and use of confidential information. Because laws applicable to personal information vary by country, our business operations may put in place additional measures that vary depending on the applicable legal requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, CRM and messaging platform, scheduling system, and payment processor, and only as needed to provide services to you. SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

If you choose to leave this site via links to other sites, including those of advertisers, Access Holistic Healing LLC is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of those sites, nor are they responsible for the cookies those sites use.
